Very professional, excellent service. I had a duplicate Renault car key made, and it was ready in 15 minutes, just enough time to do my shopping at the Auchan supermarket next door. The key is identical to the original. Perfect, and above all, much faster and cheaper than at a dealership! We also had very good results with shoe repairs. Plus, it's easy to get to; you can park across the street in the shopping center parking lot. Highly recommended.

For 10 years, I've entrusted him with all sorts of repairs (heels, shoes with unglued soles, stretching leather shoes, repairing backpacks/suitcases, mailbox nameplates for an entire building, lock changes, key duplication, etc.). Even after moving, I travel miles to see him because I trust him completely. We repair clothing, shoes, bags, and small leather goods.
We recommend making a separate request for each item you want to renovate. Each item may require specific expertise or a different craftsman. However, if you submit three or more items for renovation, we will deliver them to you at no extra charge!
All our repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from delivery. This warranty covers any defects in the work done. If a problem arises during this period, we will address it at no extra cost.

After accepting the quote and completing the payment, you will receive a shipping label to send your parcel to the artisan. We currently partner with Chronopost for shipments.
