Service Scope:

Tingit.com (UAB "Rebel Origin") serves as a mediator between you and the Experts, facilitating the booking of clothing, shoes, bags, and small leather goods repair and restoration services. Although Tingit.com collects payment on behalf of the Expert, the ultimate provision of services is the Expert's responsibility.

Quotation and Pricing:

Clients can receive a quote by uploading a video of the item for repair. Standard service rates and further details can be accessed here. Final quotes are emailed within 2 working hours after submitting a video, and phone consultations are available for complex repairs.

Pricing and Payment:

Service costs are set by Experts and may vary based on multiple factors. Tingit.com manages VAT and payment processing. We strive to ensure the payment facility is operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Shipping and Turnaround:

Upon quote acceptance and payment, clients receive a shipping code for item drop-off. Typical repairs are completed within 7-10 days; any deviations are communicated in the quote.

Warranty and Satisfaction:

A 30-day warranty is provided on all repairs. Unsatisfactory repairs are eligible for an express revision at no extra charge.

Order Tracking:

Clients receive updates at key repair stages and can track the return shipment. Notifications cover item receipt, repair commencement, completion, and pick-up readiness.

Payment Options:

Tingit.com accepts main bank payments in Lithuania, with additional options like card payments and digital wallets to be introduced shortly.

Requirements for Items Submitted for Repair:

All items submitted to the Tingit platform for repair (outerwear, handbags, shoes, and other items) must meet the following requirements:

Regarding personal belongings:

Tingit is not responsible for personal belongings left in items or packages, such as keys, money, jewelry, or other small personal items.

Quality Assurance:

In partnership with leading local experts, Rebel Origin ensures high-quality repair services. For emergency or express services, clients may contact us directly.

Service Limitations:

Each repair is assessed for feasibility; if a repair cannot be completed, alternative solutions are discussed with the client.

Operational Framework and Liability:

Tingit.com serves as an intermediary between clients and Experts. While we facilitate bookings and payments, the Experts bear the responsibility for service delivery.

Rebel Origin's liability is limited to the scope of these terms and excludes indirect losses. We maintain responsibility as mandated by applicable laws.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel according to the stipulated terms. If work has not commenced, a full refund minus postage is available. If work has begun, a cancellation fee covering materials, time, and loss of earnings will apply.

Legal Framework:

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, with local courts holding jurisdiction over disputes.

Changes to Terms:
