Our artisans are located throughout France, from Brittany to Occitania, ensuring access to their expertise nationwide. We prioritize local expertise while guaranteeing national coverage.

We repair clothing, shoes, bags, and small leather goods.

We recommend making a separate request for each item you want to renovate. Each item may require specific expertise or a different craftsman. However, if you submit three or more items for renovation, we will deliver them to you at no extra charge!

All our repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from delivery. This warranty covers any defects in the work done. If a problem arises during this period, we will address it at no extra cost.

We accept credit card payments, which are processed securely through Stripe.

If you require an urgent repair, please specify this at the time of your request. Our artisan will let you know if this is feasible.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for standard repairs. The repair time will be detailed in your repair offer.

Since Tingit operates as a marketplace, we do not offer repair services in-store at this time.

Please pack your items carefully in a suitable parcel. We advise you to avoid overloading the parcel and to use durable materials for optimal protection against shocks and bad weather.

After accepting the quote and completing the payment, you will receive a shipping label to send your parcel to the artisan. We currently partner with Chronopost for shipments.

Tingit is a fashion repair marketplace connecting customers with artisanal seamstresses, shoemakers, and leatherworkers across France. Our streamlined 4-step process makes repair easy:‍

1. Upload photos or a short video of your item.
2. Receive offers from our craftsmen. You can choose the one you prefer and pay securely online.
3. Drop off your item at your nearest relay point.
4. Collect your repaired item.

You will receive email updates at each stage of the repair process: item receipt, repair start, shipment (with tracking number), and parcel arrival.

Our service partners adhere to strict quality control, ensuring meticulous attention to detail: no glue residue, thoroughly cleaned surfaces, even color application, and perfectly aligned seams. Repairs are precise and discreet, preserving the original appearance.‍

Before-and-after photos and videos are reviewed to guarantee that restoration and cleaning meet the highest standards. What's more, all repairs come with a 30-day guarantee, giving you peace of mind and total confidence in our service quality.
